Free Flu Shot Program - Lebanon - October 29

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center - Department of Nursing - will offer free drive-thru flu shots on this date at the Lebanon High School. Free flu shots will be given to adults and children 3 years or older. Reservations for this event are needed to help control traffic flow in and out of the parking lot and to help reduce wait times. Please register each person who is planning to receive a flu shot.

Saturday, October 29

• Pick and Register for a 1/2 hour time 'slot'.
• Participants will be asked to fill out a consent form before receiving a flu shot.
• Please wear loose fitting clothing. Adults must be able to have access to the middle part of their arm.
• Click on the 'Select a Time' button and select the 11 AM hour (beginning of event).
• Once you have done that selection, then in the next window, click on the 'Register' button to select the 1/2 hour time slot that you want to drive into the parking lot at the Lebanon High School
